Partnerships Specialist

About the role

Sarj, a Saudi-based company building Voice AI and AI agent solutions with Silicon Valley expertise, is looking for a Partnerships Specialist in Riyadh. You will manage and grow the company's strategic partnerships, act as the main point of contact for partners, coordinate internally across teams to deliver on commitments and identify ways to deepen existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships and drive partner engagement
• Oversee multiple partnership initiatives so timelines, deliverables and internal stakeholders stay aligned
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and deepen collaboration
• Represent Sarj professionally to partners and external stakeholders
• Work with Commercial, Operations, Product and Engineering teams to deliver on partnership commitments
• Track partnership performance, keep accurate records and report progress and outcomes
• Build clear processes, ownership and follow-through for partnership management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field
• Native Arabic speaker with a Saudi dialect and professional English
• Strong sales, relationship management, communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of growing existing partnerships
• Highly organized and disciplined, able to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Professional and confident, comfortable representing the brand externally
