Parts Procurement Officer

About the role

Alkhorayef Commercial Company is seeking a qualified Parts Procurement Officer to manage the sourcing and purchasing of spare parts required for its operations. The role supports multiple business units, ensuring parts availability while optimizing cost and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of spare parts based on business and operational needs.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and prepare RFQs and purchase orders.
• Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Follow up on purchase orders to guarantee timely delivery of spare parts.
• Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warehouse, and other teams to maintain parts availability.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.
• Support cost‑optimization initiatives while meeting quality and delivery standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, specifically in spare parts.
• Experience with agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, commercial vehicles, or automotive spare parts is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of RFQs, POs, supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and negotiation.
• Fluent English communication skills.
