Parts Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Parts Sales Supervisor will drive parts sales targets by opening new sales channels, managing the order cycle, and ensuring timely collections. The role acts as the main liaison between wholesalers/brokers and Abdul Latif Jameel, guaranteeing smooth parts availability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Open sales deals, build strong communication with clients, and achieve parts sales volume targets.
• Manage the parts sales cycle using the JSAP system, from order entry to invoicing and delivery coordination.
• Ensure cash collection and minimize overdue payments by monitoring client payment status.
• Collect market feedback on parts campaigns and coordinate with the warehouse on discrepancies or late deliveries.

Required profile

• Diploma or high‑school education with 3–5 years of sales‑related experience.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and English (asset).
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with wholesalers and brokers.

Required skills

• ERP knowledge, specifically SAP and the JSAP ordering system.
• Fast typing and strong numerical mindset for accurate order processing.
