Payer Evidence & Pricing Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Payer Evidence & Pricing Manager will lead pre‑launch market access, evidence generation and pricing strategy for Novo Nordisk’s new products in Saudi Arabia. You will translate complex healthcare landscapes into actionable plans that secure sustainable patient access across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead evidence generation planning, identify gaps and design HEOR initiatives, including health‑economic models to support payer decisions.
• Develop launch pricing strategies by assessing market dynamics, competitor activity, reimbursement environments and affordability considerations.
• Map and engage public and private payers, reimbursement bodies and provider stakeholders to gather insights and shape launch strategies.
• Create evidence‑based value propositions and communication materials for internal and external audiences.
• Partner with Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance and Market Access teams to ensure launch readiness, track milestones and mitigate risks.
• Support preparation of price business cases, reimbursement submissions and related market‑access documentation.
• Monitor healthcare policy, HTA developments and pricing regulations to anticipate impacts on launch planning.

Required profile

• Experience thriving in a dynamic, pre‑launch environment and connecting evidence, pricing and access strategy.
• Strong understanding of health economics, outcomes research and payer decision‑making.
• Ability to engage with public and private payers and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Educational background with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
