Pediatric Dentistry Registrar

About the role

The Pediatric Dentistry Registrar will work within the Nahdi Care Clinics’ Pediatric Dentistry department, providing diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive care to children. The role involves patient assessment, treatment planning, medication prescribing and health education.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients, document findings and design individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and order, review and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families on diet, hygiene, health promotion and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with NCC policies, CBAHI standards and Saudi health regulations.
• Participate in committees, continuous quality improvement activities and professional development of junior staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery; Master’s degree or Fellowship in a related specialty with SCFHS approval.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience after Master’s degree or eligibility to sit the board examination.
• Licensed Registrar in the relevant specialty by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking and writing).
