Penetration Tester

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our security team in Riyadh on an onsite basis. The role focuses on identifying, validating, and documenting security vulnerabilities across our IT landscape, helping to strengthen our overall cyber‑defence posture.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, validate, and document security vulnerabilities using controlled exploitation techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive penetration testing reports that include risk ratings, technical evidence, business impact, and remediation recommendations.
• Conduct retesting after remediation to confirm the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Support ongoing vulnerability assessment and security testing activities.
• Link findings to the organization’s Cybersecurity Risk Register and assess risk impact.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to follow up on risk treatment plans, remediation actions, and closure status.
• Provide technical input to enhance cybersecurity risk management and improve the organization’s security posture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performing penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and ability to classify findings based on likelihood and impact.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical findings and remediation guidance to risk owners and stakeholders.
