Performance Insight Sr. Specialist

About the role

The Performance Insight Senior Specialist leads the day‑to‑day activities of the Performance Insight team, ensuring that business intelligence reports and dashboards are produced accurately and on time. This role works closely with the Planning and Control department, other Centre of Excellence workstreams, and external partners to continuously improve reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of Performance Insight Analysts and guide their daily tasks.
• Develop, automate, and publish standard and ad‑hoc BI reports, ensuring alignment with corporate reporting standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to gather data, build insightful dashboards, and track agreed KPIs.
• Design, maintain, and document Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) marts, data models, and data‑quality procedures.
• Conduct statistical analyses and data‑mining activities to support business strategy.
• Apply project‑management best practices to supervise analysts and monitor BIM processes against SLAs.
• Document business requirements, resolve data‑quality issues, and ensure proper knowledge transfer within the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising BI or data‑analytics teams.
• Strong understanding of reporting governance, data‑quality management, and project coordination.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with multiple departments and external stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable reporting solutions.
