Performance Marketing Executive – Biddable Media (Arabic)

About the role

Platformance.io is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with strong expertise in biddable media and fluency in Arabic. The role will focus on delivering data‑driven campaigns for high‑impact brands, ensuring optimal ROI across multiple paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, Snap, TikTok and programmatic media exchanges.
• Monitor performance metrics daily, using data to adjust bids, targeting and creative for maximum ROI.
• Develop advanced audience‑targeting strategies to reach relevant segments.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently, allocating spend to meet client objectives.
• Design and run A/B tests on creatives, audience sets and bidding approaches.
• Produce detailed performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and account teams to align campaign execution with client expectations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and innovations in digital and biddable media.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, specifically biddable media.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale campaigns and achieve KPIs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
