Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our digital advertising across multiple platforms. The role focuses on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and improving advertising spend efficiency in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid‑media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Display and Discovery.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets, optimise ROAS, CAC and CPA, and monitor performance metrics.
• Set up, test and optimise campaigns for acquisition, retargeting, app installs and engagement.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, CRM, creative, data and technology teams to ensure accurate tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and server‑side solutions.
• Produce regular performance reports and dashboards for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Proven ability to manage large advertising budgets and deliver measurable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making skills.
