Performance Monitoring Senior Specialist

About the role

The Performance Monitoring Senior Specialist will lead the design, maintenance and delivery of performance reports for Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. Working with minimal supervision, you will ensure data integrity, monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Research international best practices and incorporate latest trends into reporting methods.
• Develop and update a standardized reporting framework across the organization.
• Maintain and enhance performance management tools, including Tableau and S+ dashboards.
• Collect, consolidate and validate data from all functions on a regular basis.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports for internal (Board of Directors, other functions) and external bodies (Ministry of Finance, ADAA, Royal Court).
• Present results, gaps and recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Follow up on corrective actions and track implementation progress.
• Conduct awareness workshops and training sessions to improve organizational performance capabilities.
• Support junior team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in performance monitoring, data reporting or related analytics roles.
• Ability to work independently within established guidelines and procedures.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior leadership and external partners.
