Perso Machine Operator

About the role

Thales in Riyadh is looking for a Perso Operator to run and monitor the Perso (mailing) machine within its production environment. The role ensures a smooth, high‑quality workflow while adhering to safety and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and continuously monitor the Perso/mailing machine to maintain consistent production flow.
• Perform quality control checks, identify defective items and remove them from the line.
• Record production data such as output, rejections, downtime and material usage.
• Follow the approved production plan and implement the priority matrix.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and comply with safety, health and PCI security guidelines.
• Carry out additional tasks as required, including manual fulfillment and other business‑driven activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience as a production or manufacturing operator.
• Clear security record.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and, if needed, on holidays.
• Good oral and written communication in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic maintenance knowledge of industrial equipment.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
