About the role

The Personal Host, also known as a Guest Experience Expert, delivers memorable and personalized service to guests throughout their stay at a Ritz‑Carlton property on Ummahat Islands. This full‑time, non‑management position focuses on creating seamless, luxury experiences while upholding the brand’s Gold Standards.

Key responsibilities

Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and respond to guest requests promptly.
Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Complete operational reports, maintain accurate records, and follow company policies.
Move throughout the property, standing, walking, or lifting objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior work or supervisory experience required.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Commitment to confidentiality, quality standards, and professional appearance.
