Platform & Community Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Platform & Community Lead to design, launch and grow the LIMITLESS platform and its surrounding founder, builder and developer community. You will own the end‑to‑end digital experience, from onboarding and dashboards to marketplace integration and ecosystem activation.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch the LIMITLESS platform, including founder onboarding, profiles, dashboards and ecosystem workflows.
• Identify, integrate and manage the Startup Operating System and intelligence engine.
• Implement marketplace and matching engine capabilities.
• Design and run community engagement loops, events, founder showcases and content programs.
• Track adoption, engagement and ecosystem health metrics.
• Coordinate with product, engineering and AI teams on technical integrations.
• Grow a highly engaged community of 500+ active founders and builders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in platform management, product management or startup ecosystems.
• Proven track record of shipping digital products from 0‑to‑1 and building engaged developer or founder communities.
• Understanding of developer relations, onboarding journeys, network effects and product‑led community growth.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
