Platform Engineer – Cloud & Automation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to design, build, automate, and manage enterprise‑grade application platforms and cloud‑native infrastructure. You will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise platform and developer environments.
• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads using Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration platforms.
• Implement GitOps practices for automated application and infrastructure provisioning.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with IaC tools.
• Manage virtualization and private‑cloud environments (VMware, OpenStack).
• Monitor platform performance, availability, and reliability, driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure platform security, governance, backup, and disaster‑recovery best practices.
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–12+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, SRE, or infrastructure automation.
• Strong Linux system administration and shell‑scripting skills.
• Understanding of cloud‑native architecture, networking, and security.
