PMO Expert – 24-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the role

A leading semi‑government entity in Riyadh is launching a strategic national transformation initiative and seeks an experienced PMO Expert. You will work within the Project Management Office, partnering with senior stakeholders to strengthen governance, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement across a multi‑year program.

Key responsibilities

• Lead periodic performance assessments of projects against approved plans and objectives.
• Analyse KPIs, identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, and produce executive reports.
• Assess compliance with governance frameworks, policies and procedures; identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and enhance PMO methodologies, templates, and documentation, including digital process automation.
• Support knowledge‑transfer initiatives, evaluate stakeholder satisfaction and contribute to capability development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in PMO, project management, governance, organizational performance or management consulting.
• Proven ability to provide strategic recommendations and drive sustainable project governance.
