PMO Lead for Asset Management Platform

About the role

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking an experienced PMO professional to lead the coordination of a critical Asset Management Platform initiative. You will work in a high‑visibility environment, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined execution across large‑scale infrastructure programs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate platform initiatives across stakeholders, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Track PMO governance, reporting, and risk management for platform implementation.
• Support cross‑functional planning, status updates, and executive progress reporting.
• Monitor project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables for asset management workstreams.
• Ensure alignment between platform rollout activities and broader program objectives.

Required profile

• At least 15 years of experience supporting PMO delivery for enterprise asset management platforms.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects across timelines, risks, stakeholder reporting, and cross‑functional dependencies in large‑scale infrastructure programs.
• Experience working with executive leadership, client‑side program teams, engineering teams, and cross‑functional delivery stakeholders.
