PMO Specialist

About the role

The PMO Specialist will join the Strategy Department to ensure that strategic initiatives and transformation projects are governed, tracked and delivered in line with the organization’s objectives. This internal‑focused role supports project managers and senior leadership with governance, reporting and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and governance frameworks.
• Maintain the strategic project portfolio, consolidating updates, risks, issues and resource utilization.
• Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, KPI reports and executive presentations for governance committees.
• Oversee risk, issue and quality management, supporting mitigation plans and audit readiness.
• Identify and implement process improvements, creating standardized templates, workflows and tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, MIS or related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience in PMO, strategy execution or project management.
• Strong analytical, reporting and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI‑PMOCP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
