Post-Contract Commercial Manager – Mixed-Use Development

About the role

Currie & Brown is seeking a Post-Contract Commercial Manager to lead the commercial side of a roughly SAR 1 bn mixed‑use development in Riyadh. You will act as the primary commercial liaison between the client and the project team, ensuring cost‑effective delivery and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the commercial lead, interfacing directly with the client and internal project team.
• Provide accurate cost advice, reporting, and cost‑management services with limited supervision.
• Set objectives and priorities, driving proactive decision‑making and teamwork.
• Maintain effective communication and coordinate with other managers to ensure robust financial control.
• Deliver all work outputs accurately and on schedule.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, negotiations, and client correspondence.

Required profile

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification.
• Ideally MRICS membership or working towards it.
• Significant post‑contract experience, preferably on KSA or GCC projects.
• Strong technical writing, client‑facing, and communication abilities.
• Well‑organized, proactive, commercially astute, and able to work collaboratively.
