Power BI Developer – SAP BO Migration (5-8 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to lead the migration of reporting assets from SAP Business Objects to Power BI. The role is based onsite in Riyadh and requires strong technical expertise combined with core banking domain knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Integrate multiple data sources, build efficient data models, and apply Power Query and DAX.
• Implement Row-Level Security and enforce data governance standards.
• Monitor and optimise report and dataset performance for fast load times.
• Collaborate with business units to capture requirements and ensure solution adoption.
• Identify enhancements, retire redundant reports, and keep analytics aligned with evolving needs.
• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, datasets, gateway configuration, and production deployments.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence development.
• Proven experience with SAP Business Objects and Power BI migration projects.
• Core banking industry experience is mandatory.
• Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh and travel within the AMEA region.
