PowerBI Lead – Enterprise BI Solutions

About the role

The PowerBI Lead will head the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale business intelligence solutions for TCS in Riyadh. The role focuses on building advanced Power BI reports, semantic models and ensuring robust data integration using SSAS and Oracle technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and deployment of complex Power BI and pagination reports.
• Build and manage advanced semantic models, preferably using SSAS Tabular.
• Develop sophisticated DAX calculations and optimise data models for performance.
• Use tools such as DAX Studio and Performance Analyzer to tune and monitor solutions.
• Implement Row‑Level Security and enforce governance standards across Power BI Service.
• Conduct code reviews, define best practices and mentor junior developers.
• Manage Power BI workspaces, deployments and service administration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in Power BI, data modelling and BI architecture.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with SSAS (Tabular) and SSIS for data integration.
• Strong background in data warehousing and performance tuning.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft PL‑300 are a plus.
