PR & Guest Experience Executive – Marketing

About the role

The PR & Guest Experience Executive will support Jumeirah The Red Sea’s marketing and communications strategy, working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, external agencies, media, and internal teams to shape the resort’s public image and guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Marketing and Communications in executing PR and communications activities, coordinating with the PR agency, media, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and manage media, influencer, and creator visits, from itinerary design to on‑property experience.
• Develop relationships with Saudi media, creators, cultural figures, and local communities to generate authentic storytelling.
• Support the creation and coordination of guest experiences, cultural rituals, and special programming alongside Marketing and Operations.
• Identify compelling moments for social and digital storytelling and maintain PR and Guest Experience calendars, contacts, briefs, assets, and reports.

Required profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in public relations, media relations, guest experience, social media, and content creation.
• Show creativity and curiosity with an eye for engaging stories and experiences that support the resort’s brand narrative.
