Pre-Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pre‑Sales Consultant to join our team and lead the creation of high‑quality technical proposals for services‑based RFPs in the Saudi government and enterprise markets. The role focuses on evaluating tender documents, shaping solution methodologies, and ensuring compliance with local procurement rules.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyse RFPs, RFQs and tender documents, especially on the Etimad platform, to determine technical scope and bid feasibility.
• Prepare complete, compelling technical proposals for managed services, operation & maintenance, and professional services.
• Develop solution methodologies, work plans, project timelines and technical write‑ups aligned with client requirements.
• Coordinate with solution engineers, bidding and GRC teams to gather pricing, CVs, past experience and compliance documentation.
• Ensure proposals meet mandatory qualifications, classifications, certifications and Saudization requirements.
• Review and standardise proposals for quality, consistency and error‑free delivery before submission.
• Maintain a library of reusable proposal templates and solution content.
• Track submission deadlines and support the bid submission process on Etimad.
• Analyse win/loss outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of proposal quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of presales, technical proposal writing or bid management experience in the Saudi IT market.
• Hands‑on experience evaluating RFPs and responding to services tenders.
• Strong familiarity with the Etimad platform and Saudi government procurement processes.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Native or fluent Arabic and strong written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
