About the role

Join the pre‑opening culinary team at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea as a Prep Cook 1. In this entry‑level position you will support the kitchen staff by preparing ingredients and maintaining the high standards of hygiene, quality and organization expected in a luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Perform basic food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, measuring and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and safety standards, including proper storage and cleaning of workstations.
• Assist chefs and line cooks in assembling dishes and ensuring consistent quality.
• Organize and stock kitchen supplies, ensuring all stations are ready for service.
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines accurately.
