Presales Account Manager

About the role

The Pre‑Sales Account Manager will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the CTO, the manager will understand our cyber‑security and cloud products, develop tailored solutions and ensure successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities in the cyber‑security and cloud solutions domain.
• Conduct comprehensive technical assessments and gather client requirements to design customized solutions.
• Present and demonstrate products and services to prospective clients, highlighting value and benefits.
• Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals, presentations, and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and addressing client inquiries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a pre‑sales or technical consulting role, preferably in cyber‑security and cloud solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, software development or a related field; advanced certifications in cyber‑security or cloud platforms are a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven track record of supporting sales teams and closing deals in a competitive environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
