Pricing Manager – Develop & Lead Pricing Strategies

About the role

The Pricing Manager will design, implement and govern pricing frameworks that align with business objectives and market dynamics. You will work closely with finance, product, and commercial teams to ensure our service catalog remains competitive and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing methodologies, models and governance standards.
• Manage the service catalog to keep offerings up‑to‑date and market‑relevant.
• Support product and service lifecycle decisions, including launches, enhancements and retirements.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and pricing intelligence analysis.
• Create gross‑margin and profitability models for services and solutions.
• Analyse costs, revenues, utilisation and profitability performance.
• Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Identify margin‑improvement opportunities while preserving market competitiveness.
• Provide commercial decision support through business cases and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in pricing, commercial management, consulting, outsourcing or business development.
• Proven experience in commercial modelling, pricing strategy, margin analysis and profitability management.
• Strong understanding of service costing, proposal development and deal structuring.
• Experience in technology, shared services, outsourcing, consulting or professional services is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications in Pricing Strategy, Product Management or Finance are a plus.
