Process Engineer Internship (Dammam)

About the role

Procter & Gamble is offering a full-time Process Engineer internship through its LEADgen Internship Program 2027 in Dammam. The role sits within the Management Intern/Co-op job family, which covers positions that support and help execute strategies within a team or organization. Interns and co-ops receive real responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders on important projects that deliver tangible business results.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing strategies within the team or organization.
• Participate in developing and implementing new ideas, techniques, procedures, services or products under guidance.
• Collaborate and network within the immediate team or work domain to maximise job impact and personal learning.
• Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.
• Take part in learning opportunities and assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.

Required profile

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
