Procurement Delivery Senior Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Delivery Senior Specialist to support the delivery of end‑to‑end procurement activities from requirement definition through contract award and handover. The role will manage procurement planning, tender documentation, bidder communications, evaluation, and contract mobilisation while ensuring robust governance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support procurement and sourcing plans.
• Prepare EOI, PQQ, and RFP documentation.
• Manage tender schedules and coordinate bidder communications.
• Coordinate clarification responses and evaluation activities.
• Support technical and commercial assessments and prepare award recommendations.
• Assist with contract formation, mobilisation, and maintain accurate procurement records and audit trails.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 6‑9 years of end‑to‑end procurement delivery experience.
• Proven experience in procurement and sourcing planning, tender documentation, and bidder coordination.
• Strong understanding of technical and commercial assessment processes.
• Attention to detail in documentation, approvals, and audit trails.
