About the role
Lead procurement activities for materials, subcontractors, and services. Ensure timely procurement aligned with the project schedule and coordinate with engineering and site teams for technical approvals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead procurement activities for materials, subcontractors, and services.
- Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation.
- Ensure procurement timelines match the project schedule.
- Coordinate with engineering and site teams for technical approvals.
- Optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred).
- 10–15 years procurement experience in construction projects.
- Mandatory experience in the contracting/construction industry.
- Strong experience in technical procurement (fit‑out/MEP preferred).
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in GCC construction projects is an advantage.
- Immediate joining required; candidate must reside in KSA with a valid iqama.
