Procurement Manager – Logistics & Industrial Projects

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead and support all procurement activities for new pipeline and renovation projects in the logistics and industrial sector across the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Reporting to the Group Director of International Procurement, the role works closely with Development, Business Development and Asset Management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, cost targets and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define procurement needs, plan timelines and ensure alignment with project schedules.
• Maintain a comprehensive supplier database and manage vendor relationships, negotiating agreements and optimizing terms.
• Lead the full procurement cycle – tender preparation, release, bid evaluation, negotiation, contract award and order placement.
• Support other departments by fulfilling their procurement requirements and ensuring clear communication.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies and international best practices.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in industrial, logistics or real‑estate projects, preferably in the Middle East, Europe or Asia.
• Strong knowledge of local market conditions, cost benchmarks, regulations and legal requirements.
• Proven track record of at least three full‑cycle project procurements in the logistics/industrial sector.
• Extensive network of vendors and suppliers in the target regions.
