Procurement Manager - Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage procurement activities for a logistics company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, reliable supplier relationships and timely availability of goods and services. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage purchasing of logistics, transportation, warehousing and operational requirements.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs and delivery timelines.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Warehouse teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure procurement policy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably within logistics or supply chain.
• Strong supplier network and negotiation skills.
• Experience in cost control, vendor management and purchasing operations.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; English required, Arabic an advantage; Saudi market experience preferred.
