Procurement Officer – Architecture

About the role

JASARA is seeking a Procurement Officer specialized in architecture to support procurement activities across architectural, finishes, and building product categories. The role ensures that procurement processes are coordinated, documented, and aligned with project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement activities for architectural, finishes and building product categories by coordinating supplier engagement, tendering documentation, evaluations and reporting.
• Conduct supplier research and support market mapping.
• Prepare procurement documents, tender schedules, technical return requirements and commercial templates.
• Coordinate EOI, PQQ, RFP and clarification processes.
• Support technical and commercial evaluation workshops.
• Maintain procurement logs, supplier lists, registers and document records.
• Track samples, product information, technical submissions and evaluation inputs.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of procurement experience in construction, fit‑out, real estate or building materials.
• Experience in procurement for finishes, façade materials, doors and ironmongery, sanitaryware, lighting and FF&E.
• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Law or a related discipline.
• Strong stakeholder management, governance awareness and commercial discipline.

Required skills

• Experience with procurement for finishes, façade materials, doors and ironmongery, sanitaryware, lighting and FF&E.
• Strong coordination, documentation and supplier communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain complete procurement records and documentation.
