About the role
Almosafer is looking for a Product Designer to shape the digital consumer travel experience. You will help define how customers book and manage flights, stays, activities and more across web and mobile platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, behaviours and pain points to define opportunities and problem statements.
- Lead discovery activities such as user interviews, surveys and usability tests.
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate problems into impactful solutions.
- Balance business objectives, technical constraints and data to create valuable experiences.
- Rapidly produce concepts, prototypes and run experiments to validate assumptions.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of product design experience in a consumer‑focused organization.
- Proven track record of shipping mobile and web experiences.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, business requirements and customer pain points.
- Design‑thinking mindset with a focus on solving real user problems.
