Product Designer

About the role

SILQFi is building a B2B fintech platform that enables SMEs to access credit instantly through embedded Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later and supply‑chain finance solutions. As the founding Product Designer, you will shape the Buyer App experience, bringing B2C‑grade craftsmanship to a B2B context and laying the design foundation for future banking capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design of the Buyer App, from rapid SME onboarding to detailed credit‑utilisation dashboards.
• Adapt proven consumer‑credit UX patterns (e.g., Klarna, Affirm) for B2B and the local market.
• Build and maintain a modern design system with generous white space, rounded edges, and consistent visual language across web, mobile, and merchant panels.
• Design trustworthy experiences that clearly communicate loan terms, repayment schedules, and error states.
• Establish design standards, processes, and quality bars that scale as the product evolves toward broader banking services.

Required profile

• Experience designing high‑stakes products in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise software where user errors have significant consequences.
• Track record of shipping live products from concept to production, not just prototypes.
• Strong empathy for users and a commitment to delivering clear, confidence‑building interfaces.

Required skills

• RTL (Right‑to‑Left) design experience
• BNPL or consumer fintech design experience
• Building design systems
