About the role
BMC Helix is looking for a Product Developer to join its AI Office team in Saudi Arabia. You will help create prototypes, develop new features for BMC Helix products, and support customers in achieving their business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop MVPs, proofs of concept and design labs for AI Office engineering projects.
- Analyse and resolve product‑related issues following BMC Helix support standards.
- Provide training and enablement for Product Support TSAs, SEs, partners and customers.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to gather and clarify requirements.
- Contribute to prototype and feature development for BMC Helix solutions.
