Product Development Specialist – Professional

About the role

Mobily is seeking a Product Development Specialist to lead the creation, launch, and lifecycle management of new telecom products and services. The role involves close collaboration with business units, IT, and network teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to quality, budget, and timeline constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project plans, specifications, and schedules for new products and services.
• Attend business‑unit requirement kick‑off meetings and translate requirements into detailed Requirement Specification Documents (RSD).
• Monitor milestones, track progress, and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams through to project closure and release for service (RFS).
• Manage product launch checklists and hand‑over to commercial units.
• Document user requirements, use cases, business workflows, and constraints.
• Identify gaps between business requirements and technical capabilities, and propose feasible solutions.
• Track, investigate, and resolve issues reported by business users and support teams.
• Obtain sign‑off on deliverables (RSD, SBP, UAT) from all relevant parties.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and writing abilities.
• Positive attitude with a focus on meeting targets and service level agreements.
