Product Manager - Data & Insights

About the role

As a Product Manager – Data & Insights you will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of reporting and analytics products, delivering both customer‑facing dashboards and internal reporting systems. You will work at the intersection of product management, data engineering and analytics to create reliable, scalable self‑service reporting experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for analytics portals, reporting dashboards and internal BI infrastructure.
• Gather business and technical requirements from Finance, Operations, Customer Success, Product and Engineering and translate them into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and data contracts.
• Partner with data engineers to co‑design data models, data marts and ETL/ELT pipelines in warehouses such as Snowflake, ClickHouse or Vertica.
• Own data governance standards, data quality processes and compliance initiatives (GDPR, PDPL) across all reporting products.
• Manage the product experience for BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, Metabase) and drive continuous improvement through user feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on data‑driven products, reporting platforms or analytics solutions.
• Proven track record delivering customer‑facing dashboards and internal analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of data privacy, governance and compliance frameworks such as GDPR and PDPL.
• Hands‑on experience working with data warehouses (Snowflake, ClickHouse, Vertica) and BI tools.

Required skills

• SQL and data modeling (fact/dimension tables, star schemas).
• Data warehouses: Snowflake, ClickHouse, Vertica.
• BI / reporting tools: Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sigma, Metabase.
• ETL/ELT pipelines, dbt and data orchestration concepts.
• Data governance, data quality, lineage and compliance (GDPR, PDPL).
• AI‑assisted product discovery and prototyping using Claude and Lovable.
