Product Manager – Marketplace (B2B Spare Parts)

About the role

Autobia is seeking a hands‑on Product Manager to own its B2B spare‑parts marketplace. You will translate quarterly direction into weekly delivery plans, shape features, and work closely with engineering and internal teams to accelerate order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Convert high‑level direction into clear, build‑ready feature briefs, including problem definition, specifications, and rationale.
• Own the weekly delivery plan with engineering squads, prioritising work to meet quarterly goals.
• Analyse the order lifecycle (supplier POs, inventory, pipeline) to identify friction points and reduce cost, time, and errors.
• Make pragmatic build‑vs‑manual decisions, shipping features when they deliver measurable savings and using manual processes when engineering capacity is limited.
• Define and track key metrics, reporting progress against delivery‑time and quality targets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of product management experience in e‑commerce.
• Strong execution ability: turn ambiguous direction into well‑defined, build‑ready work.
• Technical fluency – comfortable discussing scope, feasibility, and trade‑offs with engineers.
• Operational mindset: dig into processes, measure bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• Data‑driven, customer‑first approach with pragmatic decision‑making.
• Excellent communicator who aligns engineering and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
