Product Specialist – Eye Care Pharma

About the role

Bausch & Lomb, a global leader in eye health, is seeking a Product Specialist to join its Commercial Pharma team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on promoting medical eye‑care products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory, driving sales growth while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute activities to achieve individual territory sales targets.
• Monitor performance on a quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily basis.
• Implement and evaluate promotional initiatives, providing strategic feedback.
• Visit and service targeted customers—including ophthalmologists, general practitioners and pharmacists—across the territory.
• Manage pharmacy activities such as stock‑level monitoring, shelf presence and order processing.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, ensuring product visibility and brand representation.
• Utilise allocated marketing spend to support and expand key accounts.
• Represent the company at industry meetings, conferences and trade shows as required.

Required profile

• Doctor or Pharmacist diploma.
• Saudi national residing in Riyadh.
• Minimum of one year experience in a similar product specialist or sales role.
• Experience in ophthalmology is advantageous.
