Product Specialist – Hematology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist in Hematology to represent its Innovative Medicine portfolio to healthcare professionals in Dammam. The role focuses on ensuring that registered products are used appropriately within their clinical indications and that patients gain access to effective therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize patient share of assigned hematology products by understanding the patient pathway and driving sales within compliance and local regulations.
• Engage healthcare professionals through a multichannel approach (face‑to‑face visits, email, phone calls, and presentations) to detail product value.
• Achieve market‑share targets for the assigned territory.
• Promote Johnson & Johnson’s image as a scientific and digital innovator by organizing promotional and scientific meetings.
• Conduct full account mapping, manage product listing processes, and support contracting and stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, preferably in oncology/hematology.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, quality guidelines, and local healthcare laws.
• Ability to communicate scientific information clearly to healthcare professionals.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a focus on patient outcomes.
