Product Specialist – Hemostasis (Middle East)

About the role

The Product Specialist – Hemostasis will act as the primary technical consultant for Werfen’s Hemostasis portfolio across the Middle East. The role involves delivering application training, providing second‑level technical support, troubleshooting issues, and supporting the regional marketing plan.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical application training to EEMEA partners and stakeholders.
• Provide telephone, email, and on‑site second‑level application support and troubleshooting to distributors.
• Conduct first‑installation on‑site support in accordance with EEMEA policy.
• Coordinate with distributors to support customers and organize regular visits to key countries.
• Assist distributors and affiliates in improving their local application structure and capabilities.
• Implement corporate support initiatives within the EEMEA region.
• Act as primary contact for quality and performance issue troubleshooting, open and follow up complaints, and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support commercial strategy and IT solution implementation.
• Share technical product updates and maintain internal documentation such as operator manuals and product information.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in diagnostics or related technical support.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Middle East for on‑site activities.
• Strong consultancy approach when working with distributors and affiliates.
