Product Specialist – Immunology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Product Specialist for its Immunology portfolio in Riyadh. The role focuses on promoting registered immunology medicines to healthcare professionals, ensuring appropriate use according to clinical indications, and supporting patient access across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize patient share of assigned products by understanding the patient pathway and driving sales within compliance and local regulations.
• Use a multichannel approach (face‑to‑face, email, phone, presentations) to engage healthcare professionals on the product value proposition.
• Achieve market‑share targets for the assigned territory.
• Promote J&J Innovative Medicine’s scientific and digital image within assigned accounts.
• Provide detailed call feedback and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align promotional activities with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Experience representing pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of immunology indications and patient pathways.
• Ability to communicate product value clearly while adhering to compliance, quality guidelines, and local laws.
• Collaborative mindset to work with internal functions and external stakeholders.
