Product Specialist – Immunology

About the role

AbbVie is seeking a motivated Product Specialist to drive its Immunology portfolio in the field. You will be responsible for executing brand strategy, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and placing the patient at the center of every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives.
• Develop and follow a SMART pre‑call plan and conduct post‑call evaluations to continuously improve results.
• Handle objections and concerns effectively to secure actionable outcomes on each call.
• Proactively address customer needs, build trusted relationships and negotiate win‑win agreements.
• Execute a call plan that meets call metrics, optimises coverage and maximises sales opportunities.
• Gather and share market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, disease trends and product performance.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and cultivate disease‑state experts and brand advocates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical studies.
• 1‑3 years experience as a Product Specialist in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
• Relevant experience in specialty‑care therapy areas is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Practical knowledge of healthcare professionals and disease‑area requirements.
• Strong understanding of market challenges and opportunities.
• High ethical standards, integrity and a curiosity to learn.
