Product Specialist – Oncology

About the role

The Product Specialist – Oncology will generate clinical demand for AstraZeneca’s oncology portfolio across key accounts in Saudi Arabia. Working primarily in the field, the role focuses on building scientific relationships, identifying business opportunities and delivering value‑based solutions to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to improve positioning of AstraZeneca’s oncology products at a local level.
• Engage oncology healthcare professionals in scientific discussions, workshops and speaker programmes to support on‑label prescribing.
• Build and maintain long‑term collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams and decision‑making units.
• Achieve sales targets, manage forecasts and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 0–1 year of sales or account‑management experience.
• Experience or knowledge in oncology, hematology or cell therapeutics is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence multi‑disciplinary decision‑making units and work cross‑functionally.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset and business acumen.
