Production Designer (Social/Digital Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a Production Designer specialized in social and digital advertising to bring creative concepts to life across multiple online platforms. This fully remote position supports high‑volume campaigns for global brands and works within PST business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Translate core creative concepts into scalable assets for paid social, display banners, app creatives and other digital formats.
• Adapt designs to various sizes, platforms and channel specifications while maintaining brand consistency.
• Produce pixel‑perfect, production‑ready files for handoff and deployment.
• Execute rapid design and copy updates based on feedback from art directors, designers and copywriters.
• Support occasional original design work beyond production tasks when required.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in production or graphic design within an agency, in‑house studio or similar environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital banner production, paid‑social assets and multi‑format campaign adaptation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, feedback‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma.
