Production Engineer

About the role

TECNIA GmbH is seeking a Production Engineer to lead daily manufacturing activities for pre‑engineered accessories and precast products at its Rabigh facility. You will ensure production runs efficiently, safely, and meet the highest quality standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise daily production operations.
• Monitor processes, identify bottlenecks and analyse performance data.
• Implement workflow and resource‑utilisation improvements.
• Coordinate with quality control, maintenance and logistics teams.
• Prepare regular production reports and support new technology roll‑outs.
• Communicate production targets and timelines to management and technical support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong foundation in manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling and shop‑floor resource coordination.
• Knowledge of quality‑control principles and inspection methods.
• Familiarity with precast or construction‑related manufacturing is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement and compliance with German and local standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Basic CAD capabilities.
• Experience using production planning software.
