Production Engineer – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

Don Construction Products (DCP) is looking for a Production Engineer to lead and optimise manufacturing operations at our Riyadh facility. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production, high quality standards and alignment with customer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily production plans that meet customer orders and operational goals.
• Monitor and adjust production workflows to improve efficiency and output while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with sales and logistics to forecast demand and schedule production.
• Troubleshoot production issues, minimise downtime and resolve delays.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, planning metrics and team achievements.
• Analyse efficiency and quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Understanding of production processes and planning techniques.
• Knowledge of quality control principles.
• Familiarity with construction chemicals and building‑materials manufacturing (a plus).
