Production Engineer / Production Manager

About the role

Advance Medical is seeking a Production Engineer / Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations in Riyadh. The role combines hands‑on machine management with team leadership to meet production targets in a medical or plastic manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations and ensure targets are achieved.
• Monitor machine performance and drive equipment efficiency improvements.
• Oversee preventive maintenance activities and resolve production issues.
• Analyze downtime causes and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and coordinate production teams to maintain smooth workflow.
• Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management or supervision.
• Strong practical experience operating and maintaining production machines.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• Experience on industrial production lines; medical or plastic manufacturing preferred.
• Proven ability to improve machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and boost productivity.
• Leadership skills for managing production teams.
• Good understanding of quality and safety requirements in manufacturing.
