Production Scheduling Specialist

About the role

NADEC Foods is looking for a Production Scheduling Specialist to ensure smooth production continuity by aligning raw‑material availability with manufacturing needs. You will act as a bridge between Supply Chain, Production, and other internal teams to keep the production plan on track.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and material availability.
• Assess raw‑material stocks, flag potential shortages, and propose mitigation actions.
• Coordinate scheduling priorities with Supply Chain, Production, and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify delays or supply risks, and communicate updates promptly.
• Support resource and material planning to optimise production efficiency.
• Prepare regular scheduling and progress reports for management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning and scheduling processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in production, material or supply planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, planning and coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
