Project Control Manager - EPC Projects

About the role

The Project Control Manager works on EPC projects and is responsible for planning, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement and project performance reporting. The goal is to deliver projects within approved cost and schedule baselines. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules (baseline and updates)
• Manage project cost control systems and budget tracking
• Prepare project performance reports on cost, schedule and progress
• Conduct variance analysis and highlight deviations
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams
• Support risk analysis and mitigation planning
• Monitor earned value management (EVM) metrics
• Prepare client and internal project reporting dashboards
• Support change order and variation cost analysis
• Ensure project controls align with contract requirements and assist in forecasting and completion estimates

Required profile

• +8 years of experience in project controls within EPC projects
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management or a related field
• Core competencies: analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem solving, communication, stakeholder management, time management, accountability and decision making
