Project Control Manager – Oil & Gas Pipeline

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Control Manager to lead controls on an Aramco‑approved oil and gas pipeline project in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while driving performance and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, cost management, and reporting to meet project goals.
• Develop and implement control strategies and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to gather and analyse data for decision‑making.
• Use project management software to monitor progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management, highlighting KPIs and potential risks.
• Lead project control meetings, fostering open communication and addressing concerns.
• Analyse project costs, budget forecasts, and financial performance for alignment with organisational objectives.
• Mentor and train junior project control staff, promoting knowledge sharing.
